HOW SAMEDAY ENHANCED ITS BRAND IMAGE THROUGH STRATEGIC VIDEO CONTENT
How did a courier company manage to elevate its brand through the power of video? With a strong focus on creativity and strategic execution, Sameday achieved significant growth in brand recognition and customer trust. In this case study, you will learn about the challenges we faced, the solutions we implemented, and the results we achieved. Finally, you will discover key lessons that can also be applied to your business.
THE CLIENT
Sameday is a courier services company originating from Romania, with a strong ambition to establish itself on the Bulgarian market as well. The company delivers orders in two ways — through courier delivery and self-pickup via the well-known easybox lockers.
The brand’s key value propositions are:
- Easy and convenient service
- Time-saving solutions
- Convenient locations
- Card payment option
- 24/7 availability
WHAT WAS THE ASSIGNMENT?
Our task was to challenge and change people’s perception that picking up an order from an easybox locker is complicated.
To achieve this, we created a brand video that demonstrated, in an accessible and relatable way, just how easy it is to pick up and return a package using an easybox locker.
THE CREATIVE IDEA
The main reason we chose video as the primary format was its ability to communicate significantly more information than a static post within just a few seconds.
The first step in the production process was creating the script and recording a voice-over that clearly explained every stage of picking up and returning an order.
The voice-over tone was friendly, positive, and aligned with the brand’s existing communication style. At the same time, we wanted to provide clear and specific instructions on how to use the easybox lockers.
The filming took place at two key locations, allowing us to realistically showcase how easy, fast, and convenient the service truly is.
CAMPAIGN APPROACH
After clarifying every detail with the client, we moved into execution. The video content was created specifically for Meta channels — Facebook and Instagram — and was published on each platform.
To promote the videos, we launched Video Views campaigns across both social networks.
- Interest targeting focused on e-commerce websites
- Behavioral targeting based on recent purchase intent
- Remarketing audiences built from previous engagement with the brand
- Lookalike audiences based on remarketing segments
THE RESULTS
The campaign delivered the following results:
- Nearly 120,000 impressions
- Around 52,000 people reached
- Nearly 105,000 video plays
As a result of the strong performance of the video production, several months after the campaign launch, Sameday headquarters contacted us with a request to create an English adaptation of the video for future use.
