Important: Scammers are impersonating Xplora BG

If you have landed on this page because someone contacted you on behalf of Xplora BG, offered you remote work, asked you to register on a platform or to transfer money – stop before you take the next step.

The name and reputation of Xplora BG are being used without our permission by third parties in scam schemes.
Websites and online platforms have been created that use the name Xplora / Xplora BG, but they have no connection whatsoever with our company.

Among the domains where we have identified such abuse are:

  • xplorahex.com
  • xplorapdo.com
  • xplorappc.link
  • xplorappc.com
  • xplorappc.info
  • xplorapdo.info
  • xplorapdo.link

This list may not be complete. Scam schemes often change their domains or create new versions of sites they have already used.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING:

These websites are NOT owned by Xplora BG.
Xplora BG does NOT operate them.
They are NOT our partners, divisions or international offices.

If anyone tells you otherwise – the information is false.

What will Xplora never ask you for?

Let us make the check as easy as possible.
Xplora BG will not offer you a job on the condition that you first deposit your own money.

We will never ask you:

  • to deposit money in order to start work;
  • to buy or send cryptocurrency;
  • to top up a balance in an “Xplora platform”;
  • to pay in order to unlock a task;
  • to cover a “negative balance”;
  • to pay a “verification fee”, “tax”, “security deposit” or any other charge in order to receive the money you have earned;
  • to carry out paid tasks through an unknown external platform;
  • to send us money via Telegram, WhatsApp or any other chat;
  • to use a “transaction password” in order to get work at Xplora.

If you have to pay in order to get the job or the money you have supposedly “earned” – this is not Xplora.

What does the scheme look like?

Scammers are getting better and better at looking credible.
And here, as we have shared before, there is a kind of “sales funnel”.
Except that its goal is not to sell you a product that has value for you. The goal is to gradually get you to invest time, trust and, in the end – your own money.

It usually starts quite harmlessly.

You receive a message on:

  • WhatsApp;
  • Telegram;
  • SMS;
  • a social network;
  • email.

You are offered easy remote work.

The work may be described as: “product optimization”, “marketing tasks”, “boosting”, “ratings”, “orders”, “engagement” or another activity, that sounds logical for a digital or marketing agency.

The offer usually looks rather good for the effort expected from you.

Then they direct you to a website that looks like a real work platform.

You register.

You start completing tasks. A balance and a “commission” start showing in your account.

You may even manage to receive a small amount at the beginning. This creates one more very strong trust signal: “Since they paid me once – it must be real.”

“But the company Xplora really does exist…”
Yes.
And that is exactly one of the reasons our name is being used.

Xplora BG is a real digital agency with a long history, a real team, clients, partners, case studies, LinkedIn profiles and a public presence.

Scammers use exactly this trust.

Then comes the next step. A special order, bonus task, joint order or a negative balance appears.

In order to continue and receive more money, you have to deposit a small amount.
Then another one.
Then a new problem arises.
And another one.

On the screen you may already see thousands of dollars that are “yours”, but in order to withdraw them you have to make one more payment.

This is exactly where the trap is.
The balance you see on the screen does not mean that this money is actually behind it.

Imagine the following.
A stranger tells you:
“I work for Xplora.”

You rightly decide to check.
You type Xplora into Google.
And you find us.
Everything looks real.

Only that the real company and the person writing to you are two completely different things.
That is why we read the signals in bundles, not just one by one.
The existence of the company does not prove the identity of the person claiming to be its employee.

Checklist: is the communication really from Xplora?

If you have doubts, check the following:

1.

Which domain are they writing from?

Our official corporate website is: xplora.bg
Do not accept a domain as ours just because it contains the word “xplora”.

xplora + something .com does not automatically mean Xplora BG.

2.

Are they offering you very good money for very easy work?

Put down your first mental tick: a signal.
On its own it does not prove a scam.
But keep reading the signals.

3.

Are they writing to you unsolicited on WhatsApp, Telegram or SMS?

One more signal.
Especially if the person immediately directs you to another chat or an unfamiliar platform.

4.

Are they asking you for a deposit?

At this point the “red light” should already be flashing quite strongly.
Xplora will not ask you to invest your own money in order to do work for us.

5.

Are they asking for crypto?

An even stronger signal.
Especially if you have to send USDT, USDC, Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency in order to:

  • unlock the account;
  • continue the tasks;
  • cover a negative balance;
  • receive a commission;
  • withdraw your funds.
6.

Are they telling you that you have to pay a little more in order to release a large amount?

This is one of the most recognisable patterns of this type of scam.

For example, you see $5,000 in your account.
They tell you: “Just another $700 and you will be able to withdraw it.”
You pay. Then a new problem for $1,200 arises. And so on.

Do not send more money hoping to save what you have already sent.

How to check directly with us?

If you have doubts, check the following:

Do not use the contact details sent to you by the person who claims to represent Xplora.
Go on your own to: xplora.bg and use the contact details published there.

If someone claims:
“I am an employee of Xplora”
or:
“This platform is a partner of Xplora”
Write to us and we will tell you whether that is true.

If you have already sent money

1.

Do not send any further funds.

Even if they tell you this is the “final fee”.
Even if you see a large balance on the platform.
Even if they promise that after one more payment you will get everything back.

2.

Keep as much information as possible:

  • the website address;
  • screenshots;
  • the conversations on WhatsApp / Telegram / SMS;
  • the phone numbers;
  • the names and profiles that were used;
  • the email addresses;
  • the bank accounts;
  • the cryptocurrency wallet addresses;
  • transaction IDs / hashes;
  • the dates and amounts of the payments.

Do not delete the communication.

3.

Report it to the competent authorities in your country.

You can also report it to us, so that we can add the information to the other cases and take action against the sites that abuse our name.

This is not the first time our name has been used.

Some time ago we received reports from people who had been reached by scam communication using the name XploraBG.
At that time the scheme involved offers to take part in “marketing activations”, communication via Telegram and promises of very good remuneration for minimal effort.
We published in detail how this “sales funnel” works, how to recognise the signals and how to break the scam scenario.
How to protect yourself from a scam that “supposedly” comes from an advertising agency

What is new is that the schemes are evolving.
Entire websites and platforms are now being created that use the names of real companies.

That is why our advice stays the same:

  • Do not trust a single signal. Gather more signals.
  • Check the domain.
  • Check the person.
  • Go to the official website yourself.
  • Look into whether the company actually offers work like that.
  • And if you have to send money in order to earn money from your “work” – stop and check once again.
